Payment Methods: Noble Company accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. PayPal can be used for International Shipments only.
Payment Processing Errors: Be sure to enter your credit card number exactly as it appears on your credit card and follow the data entry instructions on the Checkout screen. Also, be sure to enter the billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. If you continue to have problems, please call us at 1-800-878-5788.
Sales Tax: Orders placed within the state of Michigan will have a 6% sales tax applied. If you have a State of MI tax exempt certificate, please contact our Online Store Administrator to make the necessary adjustments to your account.
Orders placed in the state of Washington will be charged the appropriate tax rate for your location.
Shipping Charges: Noble Company has a standard Flat Rate Shipping and Handling charge of $5.00 for orders shipped to locations in the contiguous 48 states. Noble Flat Rate Shipping $5.00 option: This is a value option for Ground Shipping via Fed Ex Ground or UPS Ground Service. If you have a preferred shipping carrier to be used for Noble’s Flat Rate Shipping option, please specify either Fed Ex Ground or UPS Ground in the Notes section on the cart page during the checkout process and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Other expedited shipping options are available, and will be displayed during the checkout process under the Shipping Options segment.
Processing & Transit Time: Orders with an Expedited Shipping method that are received before 11:00 am Eastern Time on business days will be shipped the same day. Orders with an Expedited Shipping method that are received after 11:00 am Eastern Time will be shipped the following business day.
Orders shipping via Ground Service, including the Noble Flat Rate Shipping option (if available) are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days after the order date. Typical transit times for Ground Shipping are 1 – 7 business days, depending on your location, for delivery. Please click on the maps provided during the checkout process, under the Shipping Options segment, for a general representation of transit times for Ground Shipping via Fed Ex or UPS from Noble Company’s shipping point. If you have a preferred shipping carrier to be used for Noble’s Flat Rate Shipping option, please specify either Fed Ex Ground or UPS Ground in the Notes section on the cart page during the checkout process and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Status: To check the status of an order, login to your Account and then Order History. You can then see the status of your order, obtain shipment tracking information, as well as other order details.
Re-Order : If you are a frequent purchaser, you may like our "Re-Order" option available oneach completed order in your account's Order History. This feature will replicate a complete order without havingto individually re-select each product. NOTE: This function does not cancel or alter any existing orders.
For International customers, we also offer real time rates for shipments to Canada and certain others countries. You can email us if you are not listed. Please be aware that the delivery charges you will pay to ship your order do not include any local duties and taxes. The recipient will be responsible for these charges which are usually collected at delivery. Displayed is the cost to ship your products, but taxes and import duties for your country are the buyer's responsibility. Some charges such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) or Value Added Tax (VAT) as well as customs duties may be applicable. These charges vary by country and the size of your order and are assessed by the governmental agency and varies by location.
